DELIVERY NOT GUARANTEED - this service is being provided as a favor to the friends and families of our patients by the hospital's volunteer staff. All efforts will be made to deliver the message by the end of the next business day, but situations may occur that delay and/or prohibit the volunteers from delivering the message. Any message that is not deliverable (i.e. the patient has left the hospital) will be destroyed and not forwarded to the patient.
