“The concept of a unit that specializes in orthopedic replacements is a great approach as I have been in several local hospitals and none have had such a stellar group of employees. This specialty unit allows the patient to gauge their condition with the other patients that had the same procedure and you have a staff that understands the procedures. From their past experience they have the ability to answer any question relating to the procedure or process.
Each employee was excellent in their delivery of care or services and professional interaction with other staff members. Each employee on this unit made every effort to ensure that each patient was as comfortable as possible and had anything, within reason, to make their visit as enjoyable as it could be.
Your staff was able to make my hospital stay as pleasant as could be expected and provided the best service I have ever experienced in a hospital."
-- Leonard Hale (knee replacement)

“Before surgery, I was in a wheelchair, and I never thought I would walk again. Now I’m walking, shopping and driving. At the end of March, we’re driving to Nashville to see our son. I don’t regret it at all. I wish I’d done it sooner. I put the wheelchair away in storage now.”
