The purpose of the Organizational Learning & Development department is to assure that Touro Infirmary’s human resources are prepared to support the strategic goals and objectives of our hospital. To that end, we offer comprehensive education and training support for all hospital departments and partner with unit-specific educators to identify and publicize public learning opportunities available through the web, satellite, and audio conferences. We offer CEU programs and an online educational library, leadership training, and communication skills building.
