Touro Infirmary has academic affiliations with Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and Tulane University Health Sciences Center.
LSU provides all of its labor and delivery services at the Family Birthing Center at Touro.
Touro offers training programs to more than 25 residents in a variety of clinical specialities including: Obstetrics/Gynecology, Neonatology, PM&R, Radiology, Cardiology, Medicine, Orthopedics and General Surgery.
