A. Please call the Touro Women's Imaging Center at 504-897-8600 or click here to schedule an appointment for a mammogram. You will need to provide information such as your name, date of birth, phone number, address, and the name of your physician.
Q. How do I get a copy of my child’s birth certificate?
A. While in the hospital, you will receive the necessary paperwork to complete in order to receive your child’s birth certificate. If you need help, a representative from our Medical Records Department or a member of our nursing staff will be able to assist you.
A Confirmation of Birth letter will be mailed to the mother within three to five days after she is discharged from the hospital after delivery. Please keep this document in a safe place, as it cannot be replaced.
