Woldenberg Residents

Activities and social events fill the calendar at Woldenberg Village. The choice is yours—something fun is always happening, and there are plenty of opportunities for new adventures with friends and neighbors.

Woldenberg Village has developed programs in a variety of areas to engage and build on each resident’s abilities, strengths and interests. Daily routine supports individual choices and a varied activity schedule.

Residents enjoy meaningful recreation in both small and large group settings as well as individual activity, including:
  • Health and fitness programs
  • Entertainment
  • Spiritual guidance (visits from religious leaders from various denominations)
  • Community trips
  • Leisure Activities (playing cards, attending or hosting social functions, gardending, reading in the library)

RELIGIOUS SERVICES AT WOLDENBERG VILLAGE 

Religious ServicesAlthough Woldenberg Village is very proud of its Jewish heritage, we serve people of all faiths and recognize the diversity of religious affiliations among our residents. In order to serve their religious and spiritual needs we provide a number of religious services.

Religious services offered throughout the week at Woldenberg Village are:
  • For our Jewish community, there is Shabbat services every Saturday and observance of Jewish Holidays.
  • For our Christian residents there are various weekly services and observance of Christian Holidays.
  • Our Protestant residents can enjoy Protestant services on-site and various prayer group meetings.
  • A Weekly Catholic mass and Rosary is also offered on-site at Woldenberg Village for our Catholic residents.

Everybody is welcome to participate at any on-site services. Let us know if you have any questions or want to speak to us, we are happy to help and ready to serve.


> ALZHEIMER'S SUPPORT GROUP

The public is invited to attend monthly meetings of the Alzheimer’s Support Group. The group is facilitated by Dr. Nancy Bologna, Ph.D., who is the Director of Alzheimer’s Residential Care Homes. Anyone who has an interest in or is a caregiver to an Alzheimer’s patient is welcome to attend.

At 6:00 p.m.
