Louis K Good IIILouis K. Good, III, Chairman
Lou Good, who was born at Touro, has owned Fiber-Seal, an interior maintenance company in New Orleans since 1979 and is also an owner and the operator of the University Village Shopping Center. His father served as the Chairman of Touro Infirmary and his mother and grandfather have also served on its board. In addition to the Touro Infirmary Governing Board, Lou is currently a Vice President of the Jewish Federation of Greater New Orleans, a past Chair of the URJ Henry S. Jacobs Camp and a past President of Touro Synagogue. 
Joy BraunJoy Braun, Vice Chair
Joy G. Braun is an attorney in the law firm of Sessions, Fishman, Nathan and Israel, LLP where she serves as the firm’s product liability practice area leader. She graduated with honors from Duke University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree in 1976, and magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from Tulane University School of Law in 1981 where she was the presiding judge of the Moot Court Board. She has also served as a member of Tulane’s adjunct Trial Advocacy Faculty. Her commitment to improve the quality of life in New Orleans is manifested by her service on various boards and community organizations including the South Central Region Advisory Board of the Anti-Defamation League, WRBH, and most recently Touro Infirmary.

Dr. Ellen Zakris
Ellen Zakris, M.D., Secretary
Dr. Ellen Zakris is Touro’s Director of Radiation Oncology. She is a graduate of Duke University School of Medicine and performed her residency at Harvard Medical School. She has extensive experience in comprehensive cancer treatment with special interest in breast, gynecological, pediatric, prostate, lung and central nervous system (CNS) malignancies. Dr. Zakris treats adult radiation oncology patients at Touro as well as pediatric radiation oncology patients from Children’s Hospital. She serves on the boards of several local organizations, including the New Orleans Susan G. Komen for the Cure, and Touro Synagogue.
Hugh W. Long, PhDHugh W. Long, PhD, Past Chair
Hugh W. Long, PhD is Professor of Health Systems Management and Adjunct Professor of Law at Tulane University. He is a past member of Congress’s Medicare Payment Advisory Commission and former chair of the Medicare Geographic Classification Review Board. He is a consulting economic expert in health-related civil litigation and a frequent lecturer on fiscal management for the American College of Physician Executives. He also serves as the President of the Board of the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra.
Greg FeirnGreg Feirn, President and Chief Executive Officer of Louisiana Children’s Medical Center
Mr. Feirn currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of LCMC Health, the parent company which manages Children's Hospital, Touro Infirmary, and the Interim L.S.U. Hospital. He has over 20 years of healthcare experience, including 15 years with Children's Hospital and five years with a "Big 4" accounting firm, Deloitte & Touche, LLP. His professional experience includes financial accounting, non-profit tax accounting, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement strategy, investment portfolio management and operations, and healthcare-related academic research. He completed the MBA program at Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business with an emphasis in finance, graduating with honors, and has his CPA accreditation. In his role as CEO for LCMC, he is responsible for management coordination of the LCMC Board of Trustees and for oversight and analysis of the System’s operations and investment portfolio.

Susan E. Andrews is an accomplished senior health care executive with more than 30 years of experience with extensive experience managing hospitals and health care operations in a variety of capacities including president and chief executive officer and chief operating officer. Most recently, Ms. Andrews served as CEO for Valley Regional Medical Center, an affiliate of Hospital Corporation of America since 2012. Prior to that position, Ms. Andrews served in a variety of other leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer for Corpus Christi Medical Center, where she oversaw three medical hospitals, one psychiatric hospital, a cancer center and a free-standing emergency department. Locally, Ms. Andrews worked at Tulane University and Hospital where she served as the Vice President of DePaul, and later assumed operations of their Transplant Service Line. Ms. Andrews earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in marketing from Corpus Christi State University and received a master of business administration from Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

 Bill MimelessBill Mimeles, LCMC Health, Board Chair
A New Orleans native born at Touro Infirmary, Bill Mimeles, is a successful businessman and active supporter of several community organizations. Bill was an Owner, President and CEO of Torino Belts Incorporated, a New Orleans-based company that sourced materials from Italy and locally produced men’s luxury leather accessories that were distributed in high-end retailers nationwide. Bill got his start in business in his family’s dry goods and wholesale store and expanded the leather goods business. Bill is dedicated to giving back to the community. He has served on the Children’s Hospital Board for more than ten years, and his mother, Ruth Mimeles, was a dedicated volunteer at Touro, with more than 4,500 volunteers hours served over 12 years in the Medical Records Office. Bill is the Chairman of the Board for Bridge House Grace House. He received his BBA from Tulane University and is a graduate of Newman High School.

Allan Bissinger
Allan Bissinger is the President of Electrical Sales Corporation, a family-owned New Orleans telecommunications business. He graduated from Auburn University with a BSEE in 1975 after which he returned to New Orleans. As a resident of New Orleans for the past 55 years he has acquired board experience through his volunteer service with many community organizations. His connection with Touro began with his birth at the hospital and he has continued in the family tradition following in his fathers footsteps as a board member.
Kim BoyleKim Boyle
Kim M. Boyle is a partner in the Employment Law Group at Phelps Dunbar LLP. Ms. Boyle has practiced in all areas of commercial litigation, as well as employment litigation, tort litigation and general litigation. She is a former Judge Pro Tempore of Division "I" of Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, as well as a former Assistant Professor of Law at Loyola University School of Law. Kim is a New Orleans native. She graduated from Princeton University before attending University of Virginia School of Law and returning to New Orleans in 1987.
Jill IsraelJill Israel
Jill Israel retired in 2016 from Entergy Corporation as Senior VP of Shared Services. Previous senior leadership roles included Chief Information Officer, VP of Financial Processes, and VP of Internal Audit. Additionally, Ms. Israel held key roles in several merger & acquisition efforts and had responsibility, following Katrina, for much of the business continuity efforts following Entergy's relocation from its downtown New Orleans corporate offices. Ms. Israel graduated from Cornell University with a BA in Economics and received her MBA degree from Tulane University. She is currently the Treasurer of Touro Synagogue and chairs the Touro Synagogue Foundation Investment Advisory Committee. Ms. Israel serves on the board of the Jewish Endowment Foundation and the advisory board of the South Central Region of the Anti-Defamation League. A native of New Jersey, Ms. Israel has lived in New Orleans since 1981.
Jack Jacob, M.D.Jack Jacob, M.D.
Dr. Jack Jeff Jacob has been a member of the medical staff of Touro Infirmary since 1974, having previously done an Internship here from 1969-70. He has served on numerous committes at the hospital over the years, has spent many years on Medical Executive, has been chief of Ob Gyn for 10 years and has been employed by Crescent Cilty Physicians since 1995. He is active in community affairs and has served as President of the Greater New Orleans ObGyn Society. 
Andrew S. JacobsAndrew S. Jacobs
Andrew S. Jacobs, a New Orleans native born at Touro Infirmary has been in the real estate business since 1982, with numerous properties in New Orleans and other cities throughout the south. His late father, Marvin Jacobs served as former Chairman of the Governing Board of Touro Infirmary. In addition to serving on Touro Infirmary’s Governing Board, Andy currently serves as a member of the Touro Synagogue Board and the Hebrew Rest Cemetery Association. He received his BA from the University of Florida in 1984. 
Ruth KullmanRuth Kullman
Ruth Kullman is the owner of Kullman Consulting which specializes in non-profit consulting and political fundraising. She received her B.A. and M.S.W. from Tulane University. Additional community involvement includes serving as past President of Touro Synagogue, Planned Parenthood of Louisiana, and New Orleans Outreach. She currently serves on the Boards of the Institute of Mental Hygiene and New Orleans College Prep Charter School.
Stephen Kupperman, Past ChairStephen Kupperman
Attorney Stephen Kupperman has served on the Governing Board since 2000 and as chairman from 2005-08. His father was a Touro Board member for many years. He is a partner and founding member of Barrasso Usdin Kupperman & Sarver, L.L.C. He graduated from Newman High School, earned a B.A. from Duke University and a J.D. from Tulane University Law School.

Knight Worley, M.D.N. Knight Worley, M.D.
Dr. Newland Knight Worley, an otolaryngologist in private practice, has served as an active participant in numerous hospital committees since joining Touro’s medical staff in 1994. Dr. Worley has been a member of Touro’s Medical Staff Executive Committee since 1998 and was a past Vice President from 2002 – 2006, and President from 2006 – 2008. A member of the Touro Infirmary Board of Governor’s since 2006, Dr. Worley also holds positions on the Governing Boards of the Touro Infirmary Foundation and the Orleans Parish Medical Society. He is a graduate of the Tulane University School of Medicine and serves as an assistant clinical professor with the Department of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery.
Dr. Royce Dean YountDr. Royce Dean Yount, Touro Medical Staff President
Dr. Royce Dean Yount is an interventional cardiologist practicing with Crescent City Physicians. He is a graduate of LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans where he also completed his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Cardiovasular Diseases. He is President of the Orleans Parish Medical Society. As an assistant clinical professor with the Department of Cardiology, Dr. Yount instructs LSU cardiology fellows during their rotations at Touro.
