Jeanette Ray
Vice President of Rehabilitation and Post Acute Services
Jeanette has worked in the field of rehabilitation for more than 20 years with eight of those years having been spent at Touro Rehabilitation Center from 1987 through 1995. Returning to Touro in 2009 after a 14-year absence, As Vice President of Rehabilitation and Post Acute Services, Jeanette oversees the operations of the inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs, the wound care center, and Touro at Home.

Jeanette’s experience includes serving as Director of Case Management at Shepherd Center in Atlanta, as well as Rehabilitation Program Manager at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. She has been a surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) since 2000 and served on the council at CARF that established the standards to accredit programs in medical rehabilitation case management.

Jeanette is a Certified Case Manager and Licensed Professional Counselor. She received both a bachelor of science in Biology and a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counselor Education from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (UL Lafayette).

Janet Clark
Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation Programs
Janet earned her Masters of Education in Rehabilitation Counseling from University of Texas-Austin in 1986. She immediately became a Rehab Counselor in the Brain Injury Program at F. Edward Hebert Hospital in New Orleans. She later worked at the Neurological Rehabilitation Center of the Gulf Coast in Slidell as a Program Case Manager and in 1993 joined RehabCare Group as a Program Director and later as a Program Consultant. By 2000, Janet served as Program Director of Rehab at Lakeland Medical Center and in 2007 became the Touro Rehab Center as Program Manager and is now Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation Programs.

Jessica Broussard
Director of Acute and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Jessica graduated from LSU Health Sciences Center in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She has been a practicing occupational therapist for 15 years. In 2009, she received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She has worked in healthcare leadership since 2009. Jessica's prior experience includes Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, Texas, and Director of Rehabilitation Services and Sports Medicine at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington, Louisiana. Jessica joined Touro Infirmary in 2013 as Director of Acute and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services.
 
Lynn Drake, Patient Care Manager 
Brain Injury, Limb Loss & Stroke Programs
Lynn is a 1985 graduate of the Touro Infirmary School of Nursing. She then started working on M9 General Rehab for Touro Rehab Center. In 1988 she opened the M6 TBI Unit and in 1990 opened the W6 TBI Unit. Throughout the 90s she worked as a Clinical Nurse Educator, and from 2002-2007 Lynn supervised M4 General Rehab Unit along with M6/W6. As Director of Nursing of Touro Rehab Center & PCM M6/W6/W4 during the years of 2007-2009 she opened the M4 TBI Unit in 2009. Beginning in October 2015, the M4 unit transitioned to house new Limb Loss and Stroke Programs which Lynn now oversees.

Paul Trahan, Patient Care Manager
General Rehab & Spinal Cord Injury Programs
Paul graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1994. In 1994-2002 started his career as a Med/Surg Nurse; then a Rehab Nurse and ultimately in 1997 a Rehab Charge Nurse at Lakeland Medical Center. From 2002-2008, Paul served as the Rehab Patient Care Manager; then Director of Rehab Services at Slidell Memorial Hospital. Presently, Paul is the Patient Care Manager for General Rehab and SCI Programs at Touro Rehab Center.
 
Natalie Pilie
Program Supervisor
Brain Injury Program
In 2007, Natalie graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy from LSUHSC (received the Physical Therapy Award for Academic Excellence in 2007 at LSUHSC). She began her career as PT in 2007 at Touro Rehab Center. In 2009, she was promoted to Program Supervisor of BI Program.

Joshua Berthelot, Program Supervisor
Limb Loss & Stroke Programs
Joshua ("Josh") obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Louisiana State University in 2007. He received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011 from LSU Health Science Center. Josh began working at Touro Infirmary in 2011, in both the general and spical cord injury rehabilitation programs. In 2014, Josh was promoted to Program Supervisor of the General Rehabilitation Program. In 2015, Josh began development of new programs specific for Limb Loss and Stroke which he now supervises.

April Bretz, Program Supervisor
General Rehab & Spinal Cord Injury Programs
April is a graduate from Tulane University with a BS in Biology. In 1994 she graduated from LSUMC in New Orleans with a BS in Physical Therapy. April started her career at Touro in 1994 and was promoted to Program Supervisor of the SCI Program in 2009. In 2015, with development of new programs, April additionally began supervising the General Rehab Program.

Brad Greco, Program Supervisor
Neuro Rehab Center (NRC)
Brad graduated from Nicholls State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. He received a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy in May, 2011. Brad has been employed by Touro Infirmary since 2012 and in 2014 was promoted to Program Supervisor, Neuro Rehab Center. Additionally, Brad is a certified LSVT BIG therapist, which is designed for patients with Parkinson's disease.
 
Melinda Rome, Program Supervisor
Back In Action (BIAC)
Melinda has been practicing PT and been employed by Touro Infirmary for 22 years. She started her career at Touro in the acute setting where in 1992 she joined the BIAC team as a staff PT. In 1994, she was promoted to BIAC Supervisor. In 2001, she completed required course work and the exam to become a certified McKenzie Therapist specializing in mechanical diagnosis and therapy of the spine and in 2009 was promoted to Program Supervisor of BIAC.
