B'nai B'rith Parade at Touro

Patients and staff of Touro’s Inpatient Rehab Units enjoyed the 37th Annual B’nai B’rith Mitzva Makers Parade, Sunday, January 17. The group visits Touro annually, spreading the Mardi Gras spirit to those who won’t be able to make it out to the parade route. The event was covered by WVUE during it 9 p.m. broadcast on that day.

B’nai B’rith Unit# 182 members dressed in festive costumes and its band played New Orleans jazz and traditional Mardi Gras music. Patients and staff enjoyed a Mardi Gras style party and King Cake after the parade.
