The concept of a unit that specializes in orthopedic replacements is a great approach as I have been in several local hospitals and none have had such a stellar group of employees. This specialty unit allows the patient to gauge their condition with the other patients that had the same procedure and you have a staff that understands the procedures. From their past experience they have the ability to answer any question relating to the procedure or process.
