Dr. Maxwell is very professional, courteous and empathetic. She's easy to talk to and a very nice doctor. Everything you'd want. The staff is very professional too. The nurse Isabel is also a big help, she answers emails in a very timely manner.

I reached out to Dr. Maxwell a few months ago about not feeling great and being overly fatigued and asked if there was other lab work I can do. And then her nurse responded and said, they can do iron, but that's really it. I'd have to talk to my other doctor. And then of course, when I went yesterday, she mentioned the labs and how I need to ask for them sooner, not that day, but really I asked for them months ago and she ordered the tests. that she could have ordered months ago.
